Son charged with murder of Yorkshire BBC presenter

THE son of a man understood to be a former BBC radio presenter in Yorkshire will appear in court today charged with his murder.

Joseph Cooper, 23, was held after police discovered a body at an address in Dorset, police sources said.

The man, in his 60s, has not been formally identified but is believed to be former BBC Radio Sheffield reporter Howard Winton Cooper.
